Perched on the sand dunes and nestled amongst a mature tree canopy this generous three bedroom house overlooks Kāpiti Island. The open living area extends along the building's northern facade and opens onto a deck where one can soak up the sun and the views.

The separate garage structure provides shelter from wind for the pathway used to access the house. Through carefully considered spatial planning, this three bedroom house can be a separated into a two bedroom house and a one bedroom studio. The studio has its own bathroom, with the only shared amenity being the laundry.
